1. Information on this website
- The website describes the venue, its spaces and the kinds of events we host. We work to keep it accurate, but details such as capacities, amenities, packages and inclusions can change and are confirmed only in your written booking confirmation.
- Photographs and videos show real events and set-ups at the venue. Décor, lighting and styling were arranged for those particular events and will vary with your package and choices.
- Package descriptions are indicative. Prices are shared on request and are confirmed only in a written quotation.
- Nothing on the website is a binding offer.
2. Enquiries and bookings
- Sending the booking form, calling or messaging us is an enquiry. It does not reserve a date.
- A date is reserved only when we confirm it in writing and receive the booking deposit.
- Each booking is governed by the booking confirmation or agreement we give you at that time, including payment, cancellation, refund, damage and venue-use terms. If those terms differ from anything on this website, the booking terms apply.
- Please give accurate details in your enquiry so we can respond properly.
3. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you will not send false, abusive or automated enquiries, try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Photos, content and our name
The text, photographs, videos, design and the Aarambh name and logo on this website belong to Aarambh or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for personal use, but please do not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you appear in a photograph or video on this website and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.
5. Other services and links
The website links to or embeds services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Facebook. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
6. Our responsibility to you
The website is provided “as is” for general information. We do our best to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
